Nesterine has been an active professional in real estate since 2002. She started at Signature GMAC as a sales agent and quickly became a member of the Executive Club two consecutive years based on her contribution to the company. She went on to add to her portfolio Mortgage Broker and quickly became a Million Dollar producer for the Task Mortgage Group. Nesterine continued her career with Charles Rutenberg Realty where she gained additional experience which prepared her to launch the Blair Realty Group.

Breanna Andrews joined Blair Realty Group in 2016 as an Administrative Assistant and “right hand woman” to Nesterine as the only employee overseeing all administrative functions in the office.
